📅 Annual Cloud Data Backup Policy
Cloud-stored ticket data is retained for one full financial year (April 1 – March 31). Data from the previous financial year is cleared from cloud storage at the end of March each year. Before April 5 every year, please download an XLSX backup of your records from the Dashboard. Your local device copy remains intact. This ensures cloud storage stays clean and responsive while you retain permanent offline records.

💡 Shared Office Setup:
- Run this software on one PC (as the server/host)
- Other computers can access it by entering that PC's IP address in their browser
- Save regular backups (.json) to a shared network folder
- Any user can reload the same data via the import function
🔒 Per-System Activation Policy:
- Each system (PC/Laptop) requires its own separate activation key
- A single key is locked to one hardware ID and cannot be transferred to another machine
- A new machine requires a fresh payment and new activation
